AI Consultant Role

This is a full-time AI Consultant role based in Green Cove Springs, FL. In this role, you will work directly with clients to identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual work, improve processes, and enhance user experiences. You will design, build, and deliver solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate, often integrating with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and existing business systems. The role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, focused on turning business needs into working AI-powered solutions. Day-to-day work includes requirements gathering, conversational design, building copilots, automating workflows, integrating data sources, and guiding users through adoption. You will also troubleshoot, refine, and optimize existing copilots and automations to improve reliability, performance, and business value.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate
Experience designing conversational AI and automation solutions for real business scenarios
Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and client delivery
Ability to translate business problems into practical AI and automation solutions
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Clear communication and presentation skills when working with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment
