Jason is a Senior Power Platform Developer with over six years of experience building Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate flows. He focuses on creating scalable, sleek, and user‑friendly applications that streamline operations and help organizations work more efficiently. Known for his technical depth and collaborative nature, he enjoys working together with teams, both internal and external, to turn complex requirements into intuitive, high‑impact solutions.
Jason has been fascinated by technology since he was young and always envisioned building a career in the tech world. He began his consulting career shortly after graduating high school and quickly found a passion for software engineering and process optimization.
Outside of work, he enjoys a wide range of tech-related hobbies like gaming, building PCs, customizing Linux installs, sim‑racing, and virtual reality. In addition to tech, he also loves exploring Florida’s parks, traveling abroad, hiking, playing guitar, working on cars, and attending car shows.
Ryan Friedman is an AI Consultant at Pragmatic Works, where he designs and implements advanced automation strategies for modern enterprise teams. He specializes in deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot systems and engineering autonomous agentic workflows that eliminate day-to-day operational friction. By focusing on smart, ecosystem-driven AI solutions rather than basic conversational chatbots, Ryan helps organizations build intelligent workflows that maximize efficiency and unlock measurable growth.
Ryan brings a strong background in technology consulting and operational strategy to his role, ensuring clients can bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical, real-world execution. His passion for education and guidance extends outside of his corporate role; Ryan is deeply involved in youth sports, serving as a dedicated wrestling coach and mentor with the Alachua Wrestling Club to help young athletes build discipline and resilience. Additionally, he channels his creative side into children's literature as an author and illustrator, creating engaging digital media and storytelling content designed to inspire young minds.
While not in the office, Ryan channels his analytical mindset right back into the tech landscape, spending his free time building personal AI systems and experimenting with emerging autonomous tools. Separate from that, he loves getting outside and unwinding by exploring the natural beauty of Florida’s local springs and coastal environments.
Robert Harris is a Jacksonville native. Robert got his first taste of programming as a high school programming in basic. After high school Robert joined the US Army and served for ~9 years with Conus duty stations of FT. Sill, FT. Benning (Rock of the Marne), and FT Hood. O-Conus duty stations in Europe and South Korea and multiple combat operation deployments in the Persian Gulf.
While at FT. Hood Robert bought his first computer... thus he found his calling and eventually found his way into the Information Science program at the University of Central Florida.
Robert got his first fulltime development opportunity in programming WinForms using vb6 and has progressed in learning multiple languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, varying frameworks and platforms for diverse verticals.
Robert is an advocate of continuous learning; and plans to never stop learning.
Robert's Hobbies include Audi/VW performance tuning, cooking and watching/attending various sporting events of his favorite teams: the Florida Gators, Atlanta Braves and of course the Jacksonville Jaguars .... Duuuuvvaallll!!!
Kaleb is a Senior Power Platform Consultant at Pragmatic Works specializing in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. He has 7+ years designing, building, and scaling enterprise solutions using the platform. Kaleb has partnered with stakeholders and IT across financial services, logistics, healthcare, and the public sector to create apps and automations to improve everyday business processes. His keystone projects include collaborating with local public safety to bring their paper processes into a more streamlined approach with Power Apps. And working with the local government during covid to help assist the community.
Kaleb’s career started early during high school by interning for Pragmatic Works. After school he joined Pragmatic Works editing training course videos. During editing he found the Power Platform and shortly after became a consultant.
During his free time outside of work Kaleb enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, traveling around Florida, gaming, and listening to music.
Ace Phillips is a Jacksonville native who has a lifelong passion for technology and mechanics. They possess a strong desire for continuous learning and exploration in various fields. Ace discovered their love for coding at an early age and has since honed their expertise in Java and HTML, as well as expanded their knowledge to include Javascript, Python, SQL, and C#.
In addition to their professional pursuits, Ace enjoys various hobbies such as playing tabletop roleplaying games, reading novels with their feline companion Gizmo, coding, gaming with friends, and creating digital art during their leisure time.
Tyler Strate comes from a manual labor family background with extensive experience in house painting and general home repair. Despite always doing well in school, he struggled to decide on a career path. Tyler dropped out of his Psychology degree program to pursue a job in the tech industry, teaching himself to code and achieving multiple certifications in Python programming and IT support. Within two years, he was fortunate enough to land a job with the Pragmatic Works team and has enjoyed every moment of it.
Tyler's hobbies include producing electronic music, drawing abstract art, and gaming until RSI affects his joints. Tyler is a practiced meditator in search of himself, spending much time exploring the concept of living in the moment. He loves soft sounds, spending time with friends on Discord, and grinding his Old-school Runescape Ironman.
Julius Johnson operates as a Non-Profit Consultant at Pragmatic Works, helping community organizations modernize their operations. He utilizes his technical skills to design and build custom applications that streamline workflows for non-profit teams. By implementing efficient, automated data systems, Julius’s primary goal is to solve unique backend organizational challenges so grassroots groups can focus entirely on driving measurable community impact.
Julius graduated from the University of North Florida in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, establishing a strong foundation in organizational strategy. As an Army Combat Veteran, he brings real-world resilience, frontline leadership, and operational discipline to his consulting workflows. His passion for service extends outside of his company role; Julius is an active volunteer throughout Clay County, partnering with local non-profits to support vulnerable populations. Additionally, he collaborates independently with Operation Barnabas as the lead facilitator for the Jacksonville VetPod program, guiding military veterans through major life transitions.
While not in the office, Julius channels his analytical mindset into the financial landscape, studying the equity market and analyzing technical chart patterns for market opportunities. Separate from that, he loves getting out and unwinding under what he fondly calls "those beautiful Florida nights."
