  • When the subscription type is "Premier," ratings are 1.83 times more likely to be low.

Users can toggle between analyzing what causes low versus high ratings, helping to identify both problems and opportunities.

Top Segments Tab

The Top Segments tab identifies combinations of factors that influence the metric. For example:

  • Segment 1 shows that 31% of low ratings occur when the role is not "Publisher," the subscription type is "Premier," and the theme is "Security."
