Additionally, the course covers using Copilot in Teams to effectively share the outcomes of online meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. On day 2 of Copilot Integration, you'll delve into Copilot integration across various Microsoft applications. You'll begin with PowerPoint, learning how Copilot can aid in designing engaging presentations. Next, in Outlook, you'll explore how Copilot facilitates efficient email composition and organization, streamlining your communication. In OneNote, you'll understand how Copilot helps you create, recall, and manage information effectively. The day concludes with an exploration of innovations, focusing on how Power Automate and Copilot work together to enhance automation and productivity.
Prerequisites
**Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with operating a computer, using the internet, and basic software applications. **Microsoft Office Proficiency**: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote. **Understanding of AI Concepts**: A basic understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, though this can be introductory level. **Experience with Automation Tools**: Some experience with automation tools, such as Power Automate, would be beneficial but not mandatory.
