Build a Research and Analysis Copilot Agent
Turn messy documents and threads into clear, cited insights inside Microsoft 365. We will use the research and analyst agent that retrieves sources, summarizes accurately, compares options, and produces decision‑ready briefs with citations. We’ll use examples where we want to analyze and crunch data or write legal paperwork with deep reasoning.

Build an IT Helpdesk Copilot Agent
Design a Copilot agent that triages issues, answers FAQs, and triggers actions like password resets and ticket creation. We will connect to knowledge bases and forms, capture context for clean handoffs to humans, and measure impact with simple analytics. Demos include student device support and LMS how‑to guidance for schools plus HR and finance self‑service scenarios for any organization. Follow along and leave with a blueprint you can adapt in your tenant.

Secure and Govern M365 Copilot
Ship Copilot with confidence by getting security and governance right from day one. We will cover data boundaries, permissions, labels, DLP, Purview signals, tenant controls, auditing, and safe rollout patterns. Education notes include FERPA‑aware scopes and staff‑only access, with adoption tactics that also work in any industry. You will leave with a practical checklist you can take to your admin team before you release Copilot to your staff.

Start from zero and publish a working agent in one session.
