In this course you will be introduced to Project Power App, the new offering from Microsoft for Project and Program Managers. You will learn how to deploy the Project Accelerator, to extand the capabilities of Project for the Web. Microsoft Project Accelerator is a pre-configured instance of Power Apps that helps you manage your projects according to industry-specific standards and best practices, such as those from Gartner and PMI. It provides you with a comprehensive view of your projects, including their performance and progress, so you can make better decisions. The Accelerator includes a Power BI template with a set of specifically designed reports that help you track your projects' key performance indicators (KPIs). These reports provide you with insights into areas such as budget, schedule, and risk, so you can identify and address any potential problems early on. The Project Accelerator is a powerful and robust project, portfolio, and work management solution.
