If you are looking to get a deeper understanding of building and designing Power Page sites, then the Power Pages Bootcamp is here to help! This two-day course will take you deeper into the Power Pages designer and explore some of the more robust and advanced features, including parts of the Power Pages Management App. Creating websites no longer has to be a long, arduous process reserved exclusively for those in IT. The class starts at a quick review of Power Page site design and quickly dives into advanced configuration of a site. You’ll learn how to build create and extend lists and forms, set up security for your site and users, utilize Liquid to add details and features to a web page, as well as adding JavaScript and CSS to take your site to another level. You’ll also learn UI best practices for engaging users, as well as the best practices for migrating a site across environments.
Prerequisites
This class is targeted at developers, analysts, or end-users looking to extend their data to users outside of their organization and take their skills to the next level. Experience with Dataverse is highly recommended, but not required. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript may also be beneficial, but is not required.

- Explore and implement table permissions
- Explore and implement page permissions

- Module 5: Authentication
- Explore local and external authentication options
- Module 6: Using the Power Pages Management App
- Learn the use cases for building in the Management App versus in the Power Pages Designer
- Learn how to create and send invitations to your site
- Module 7: Integrating Power Automate
- Learn how to automatically send out invitations to your end-users
- Module 8: Advanced Lists
- Learn how to filter actions for a record with FetchXML
- Explore rendering a list as a map
- Module 9: Advanced Basic Forms
- Explore how to add actions for a subgrid to allow your end users to interact with related data
- Learn how to customize and change the way your form fields are rendered

Instructor – Matt Peterson
Matt Peterson is a Trainer for Pragmatic Works specializing in the Power Platform. He graduated from the University of North Florida in 2006 and comes with 15 years of teaching experience in high school algebra. Matt earned the accomplishment in 2013 of being named the Florida Gifted Teacher of The Year. His primary focus is helping our customers learn the ins and outs of Power Apps and Power BI.
