Creating Business Intelligence solutions no longer has to be a long, arduous process reserved exclusively for IT professionals. Power BI empowers you to build beautifully designed reports and dashboards independently, providing instant satisfaction for your data needs. This course introduces you to the Power BI ecosystem, guiding you from data discovery to developing solutions and solving complex business problems. You’ll start by importing data and applying business rules, then organize the results into a data model with relationships and calculations. Additionally, you’ll explore how to deploy solutions to the Power BI Service and create dashboards accessible from any device.
Prerequisites
No prior experience with Power BI is required, but a basic understanding of data concepts will be beneficial. Ideally students should have a basic understanding of terminology such as tables, views, columns, rows, etc. This bootcamp is ideal for data analysts, business intelligence professionals, and anyone interested in leveraging Power BI for data-driven decision-making.

Shortly after graduating from the University of Florida in 2012, Angelica moved to Jacksonville and began her career as a high school Biology teacher. As a trainer at Pragmatic Works, her primary goal is to help individuals feel more comfortable and confident using Power BI. While not in the office, she enjoys traveling around the city of Jax to check out local eateries, live music events, and performing arts.
