Devin Knight is President of Pragmatic Works and has spent 18 years helping organizations turn technology investments into measurable business outcomes. A passionate advocate for democratizing technology, Devin specializes in designing enablement programs, training, and consulting that help leaders and teams successfully adopt emerging technologies. Through his work with organizations across industries, he helps make complex concepts practical, actionable, and accessible, enabling lasting improvements in productivity, decision making, and business transformation.

Mitchell Pearson is a Solution Architect, Consultant, Trainer, and Team Lead who has spent 14 years helping organizations design modern data and analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. He specializes in translating complex concepts such as medallion architecture, Lakehouses, data engineering, and enterprise analytics into practical strategies that business and technical teams can understand and execute. Mitchell works closely with customers to architect consulting engagements, training programs, and long-term technology roadmaps that drive adoption, reduce complexity, and deliver measurable business value.

Nate Halliwell is a Solution Architect at Pragmatic Works specializing in Microsoft Power Platform and AI solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. A former citizen developer, Nate helps organizations modernize business processes, automate operations, and develop practical solutions that align technology investments with business goals. Manuel Quintana is a Senior Consultant and Trainer at Pragmatic Works with more than 12 years of experience helping organizations modernize their data and analytics platforms. Specializing in Microsoft Fabric, he guides clients through data engineering, warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives while helping teams unlock greater value from their data. Gregory Trzeciak is a Senior Trainer at Pragmatic Works with a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Florida and more than a decade of experience helping professionals develop new skills. Specializing in Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption, Greg helps organizations turn emerging technologies into practical tools that improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, and drive meaningful outcomes. In addition to his AI expertise, he delivers training in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data analytics, helping learners build confidence and apply new knowledge immediately.

Amelia Roberts is a Senior Trainer at Pragmatic Works with a Master's Degree in Education and more than a decade of experience helping people learn and adapt to new technologies. Monica Onyedika has been dedicated to instruction and coaching for over a decade. After earning her bachelor's degree from Ohio University and then her master’s degree from University of Louisville, Monica began her professional life in public education, teaching and coaching high school students. It was during those years that she sharpened both her instructional and leadership skills. At Pragmatic Works, she continues to use those skills to facilitate classes that provide people with enjoyable and educational experiences.

In her free time, Monica enjoys going to the beach, making candles, playing with her dog, traveling, and cheering on every sports team from her home state of Ohio.

Emily graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and the University of North Florida with a master's degree in educational leadership.  After 11 years of teaching varying grades (K-5) in Indiana and Florida, she joined the Pragmatic Works team as a Power BI Trainer.  Emily's primary goal is to provide engaging trainings that help customers gain confidence using Power BI. When not in the office, Emily enjoys camping, the beach, cheerleading, and visiting family in Indiana.
