You'll start with an introduction to prompt writing and the fundamentals of Microsoft Copilot, diving into the intricacies of prompt engineering to create effective prompts and practicing Copilot prompts in real-world scenarios. The course then focuses on integrating Copilot with Microsoft Office, enhancing your skills in creating content with Copilot. You'll explore its applications in Word for writing and editing, Excel for data analysis, and Teams for sharing meeting outcomes. You'll also learn to design presentations in PowerPoint, compose and organize emails in Outlook, manage information in OneNote, and discover innovative uses with Power Automate. The program includes an introduction to Microsoft Copilot Studio, covering conversational AI, and how to build custom Copilots. Finally, you'll delve into integration and management, learn best practices, explore advanced features and customization, and participate in a comprehensive review and Q&A session to wrap up your learning journey. Prerequisites
**Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with operating a computer, using the internet, and basic software applications. **Microsoft Office Proficiency**: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote. **Understanding of AI Concepts**: A basic understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, though this can be introductory level. **Experience with Automation Tools**: Some experience with automation tools, such as Power Automate, would be beneficial but not mandatory.
