Course Description
Get ready to learn how to create and deploy tabular data models using SQL Server Data Tools to Azure Analysis Services. Students will also explore basic data modeling concepts as well as the Data Analysis Expression (DAX) language. This class also covers administrative topics such as partitions, perspectives and row level security. Lastly, we will explore how to connect to Azure Analysis Services using Excel and Power BI. Users should have a good understanding of Azure Analysis Services and whether it is a good option for them.
